The processing of personal data is carried out for the performance of a contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 b) GDPR. If we are subject to a legal obligation which requires the processing of personal data, the processing is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 c) GDPR. In addition, processing operations could be based on Art. 6 Para. 1 f) GDPR, according to which processing is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest of our company or a third party, provided that the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not predominate.

Videos

Individual videos on our website are integrated via YouTube videos, stored on www.youtube.com and can be played directly from our website. These are all in “advanced privacy mode”, so no data about you as a user will be transferred to YouTube if you do not play the videos. Data will only be transferred to the YouTube server when you play the videos. If you are logged in to YouTube at the same time, this information is assigned to your YouTube member account. You can prevent this by logging out of your account before you visit our website. YouTube is operated by YouTube LLC, headquartered at 901 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. YouTube is represented by Google Inc. located at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. For more information on how YouTube (Google) handles user data, please visit www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/.

Google Maps

On this website, we use “Google Maps” to display maps and to create maps. Google Maps is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter referred to as “Google”. By using this website, the user consents to the collection, processing and use of data (including IP address), that is automatically collected and entered by the user, by Google, one of its agents or third parties. The data processing takes place on the basis of your consent in the sense of Art. 6 Para. 1 Section a GDPR. In addition, a cookie is set by Google each time the “Google Maps” component is accessed in order to process user settings and data when the page on which the “Google Maps” component is integrated is displayed. As a rule, this cookie is not deleted when you close your browser, but expires after a certain period of time unless you delete it manually beforehand. If you do not agree with this processing of your data, it is possible to deactivate the “Google Maps” service and thus prevent the transmission of data to Google. To do this, you must deactivate the Java Script function in your browser. However, we would like to point out that in this case you cannot use “Google Maps” or can only use it to a limited extent. The conditions of use for Google Maps can be found under the following link: www.google.de/intl/de/policies/terms/regional.html Detailed details on transparency and options as well as the data protection regulations can be found in the data protection centre of google.de: www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/
